Project Description
In this project Excellens was responsible for the engineering, coordination, management and supervision projects of a villa in the historic area of Foz Velha, in the city of Porto. Since the area was a classified area of the city, special procedures and construction processes were needed to meet the requirements of the site. Since the lot limit is coincident with the area of the building, the coordination of works, the layout of the shipyard and the absence of space available for occupation of public road, they required a very demanding coordination of tasks.
