Excellens has a set of professionals with great experience in all areas of engineering, with many years of project experience, but with experience of terrain and monitoring of works. Often responsible for their budgetary control. We are able to respond globally to any project.

REHABILITATION PROJECTS
We have developed several strands of building rehabilitation (including structural reinforcement), responding realistically to the requirements of the owners and their financial availities. Our team has invested in this specific area of engineering, being widely prepared for the challenges of this type of project.
Rehabilitation is not equal to Construction!
Surveillance
We see supervision as a catalyst for the good performance of the work as well as a facilitator of communication between the various actors. We carry out quality control, work plan and budget, in a transversal rigor, that respects the whole team and its work.

SECURITY COORDINATION
For us, safety is a priority beyond a legal obligation of the Construction Owner or will incur serious misdemeanors. It is mandatory to ensure the safety of people and property, controlling risks to avoid accidents, both in the project and in the work.
This premise is a priority, above any deadline!
MANAGEMENT OF UNDERTAKEN
We prepare the process of consulting the market, to obtain the proposals for the execution of the project. We analyze several criteria and requirements that allow a weighted classification of contractors.
