Development of the preliminary projects of the various engineering specialties, later selecting a Ukrainian project office for local development of the project of execution and selection of the construction company. Monitoring of the entire construction process, from the selection of materials to equipment, tests, tests, supervision and financial control of the entire work, to the delivery to the customer.
